Rightside:
OA Long Cycle @ 24kg and 10rpm
Sledgehammer Slams
OA Long Cycle @ 24kg and 10rpm
Sledgehammer Slams
Repeat for leftside

Then:
4 Min. One Arm Jerks @ 24kg and 12rpm

Then:
10 Min. Run @ 8mph & 2% incline
